Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your Aromatic Bliss Studio products, but if you need to return an order, you can do so within 30 days of receiving your items. To be eligible for a return, items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Some products cannot be returned, including:

• Personalized or custom-made items

• Opened hygiene or health-related products

• Perishable items or those past their expiry date

Returning items is easy but the cost and risk of shipping is on the customer. We recommend using a trackable or insured shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.

If the item was a gift sent directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value once we receive it. If the gift was sent to the gift giver first, the refund will go to them.

Once we receive your returned items, we will process your refund as soon as possible.
